摘    要:本文介绍了医院在机关干部和中层领导干部管理方面采取“末位淘汰”的做法和体会。认为“末位淘汰”使干部有了责任感、紧迫感、群众观、竞争观;同时,指出“末位淘汰”作为一种改革措施,有待进一步加以完善,使干部管理工作更加适应形势的需要。

Abstract:This article presents some practice and thinking in adopting “elimination through the worst-selection” to the cadres and middle-class leaders in their management and points out that such elimination system do conduce to arouse their responsibility,the sense of pressure, the mass viewpoint,the conception of competing .Also, as a means of reform, such a elimination system is under a perfect to meet the demand of the new situation.
