水通道蛋白l与房水的产生及排出的关系

摘    要:目的 研究水通道蛋白(AQPI)在房水的产生、排出及调节机制中的作用。方法 运用免疫组织化学法测定人眼房水的产生及排出通路相关组织中AQPl的表达。结果 在睫状体非色素上皮、小梁网内皮细胞、Schlemm‘‘‘‘s管内皮细胞及虹膜基质中有AQPl的表达。结论 证实了AQPI在房水的产生及排出通路组织细胞中的表达,为房水的正常代谢及青光眼发病机制的研究提供了分子生物学基础。

Abstract:Objective To study the possible role of water channel protein aquaporin-1 ( AQP1 ) ( CHIP28) in aqueous humor secretion,outflow and regulation in normal human eyes. Methods Immunohistochemical technique was used to measure the expression of AQP1 in the tissues related to aqueous humor seeretion and outflow pass-way. Results AQP1 was expressed in ciliary' s non-pigmented epithelium,the endothelium covering the trabecular meshwork and Schlemm' s canal and iris pachywall capillary. Conclusion The results show that AQP1 exists in the related cells to the tissue of aqueous humor secretion and outflow pass-way. This study provides a molecular biological basis to the study of aqueous humor metabolism and the possible etiology of glaucoma.
