摘    要:目的探讨1990~2006年安徽疟疾疫情的时空分布特征。方法收集整理1990~2006年安徽省各县区疟疾疫情监测数据,采用ArcGIS9.0软件建立地理信息数据库,后导入SaTScan7.0软件对病例进行空间扫描聚类分析,确定疟疾发生的时空热点区域。结果1990~2006年安徽省疟疾病例时空上呈现明显聚集性分布。一级聚类区位于2004~2006年的安徽省北部地区;二级聚类区包含两个区域,一个区域位于1990~1992年的安徽省中西部地区,另一个区域位于1990~1991年的安徽省中东部地区。结论1990~2006年间安徽省疟疾疫情向北部移动,提示应重点研究近年来安徽北部地区疟疾疫情高发的原因,以进一步采取有针对性的预防控制措施。

Abstract:Objective To analyze the spatial-temporal distribution characteristics of malaria during 1990 to 2006 in Anhui Province.Methods Collecting and amending the county surveillance data of malaria,1990-2006,and establishing the geographical information system database using ArcGIS 9.0,doing the spatial-temporal cluster analysis towards the surveillance epidemic data by SaTScan7.0 software,and finding out the spatial-temporal highly endemic areas.Results The spatial-temporal distribution of malaria was not random;there were significant clusters,1990-2006.The most likely cluster was in the north districts of Anhui Province,2004-2006;the secondary cluster included two districts,one was the mid-west districts of Anhui Province,1990-1992,and the other was the mid-east districts of Anhui Province,1990-1991.Conclusions The epidemic areas of malaria has moved from middle to the north of Anhui,just to the north of the Huai River,which reminds us to research the main reasons in detail,and explore the main effect factors in order to take proper measures to control the epidemics in Anhui Province.
