| 摘 要： | 本文结合工作实际,探讨了提高新药临床药理基地建设和管理的方法。要抓好临床药理基地的建设和管理,应进一步明确新药临床研究的重要性,有计划地培训临床管理人员,加强临床药理基地的基础建设。建立健全的制度是强化临床药理基地建设和管理的保证,领导重视是加强临床药理基地建设和管理的关键,科研工作是提高临床药理基地研究水平的保障。
