肖菝葜化学成分的研究

摘    要: 目的 研究肖菝葜的化学成分。方法 应用多种色谱技术进行分离纯化,用IR,MS,1 H NMR ,13 C-NMR技术及理化性质鉴定化合物结构。结果 从乙醇提取物中脂溶性部位分离到 9个化合物 ,分别鉴定为棕榈酸 (Ⅰ)、α,α′ [bis-5-formyl-2-furanyl]dimethylether(Ⅱ )、对羟基苯甲酸 (Ⅲ )、大黄酸 (Ⅳ )、β-谷甾醇吡喃葡萄糖苷 (Ⅴ)、β-谷甾醇 (Ⅵ)、单棕榈酸甘油酯 (Ⅶ)、山酸(Ⅷ)、二十八烷 (Ⅸ)。结论 化合物Ⅱ ,Ⅲ ,Ⅳ ,Ⅴ ,Ⅶ ,Ⅷ ,Ⅸ系首次从该属植物中得到。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE To investigate the chemical constituents of Heterosmilax japonica. Kunth.METHODS The compounds were separated with chromatography and their chemical structures were elucidated by means of IR,MS,1H-NMR,and 13C-NMR spectral method respectively.RESULTS Nine compounds were isolated from the plant.They were identified as palmaitic acid(Ⅰ),α,α′-[bis-5-formyl-2-furanyl]dimethyl ether(Ⅱ),p-hydroxybenzoic acid(Ⅲ),rhein(Ⅳ),β-sitosterol-3-O-β-D-glucoside(Ⅴ),β-sitosterol(Ⅵ),glycerol monopalmitate(Ⅶ),behenic acid(Ⅷ)and octacosane(Ⅸ).CONCLUSION The compoundsⅡ,Ⅲ,Ⅳ,Ⅴ,Ⅶ,Ⅷ and Ⅸ were isolated from the plant for the first time.
