| 摘 要： | 目的观察燔针劫刺治疗肩峰下滑囊炎的临床疗效。方法将110例肩峰下滑囊炎患者随机分为治疗组和对照组，每组各55例。治疗组采用燔针劫刺治疗，对照组采用药物治疗，共治疗2个疗程，治疗结束后4星期评定疗效。结果治疗组总有效率为96．4％，对照组总有效率为89．1％，两组比较差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05），治疗组总有效率优于对照组。结论燔针劫刺是治疗肩峰下滑囊炎的较佳方法。
