中国大陆7城市MSM人群的高危性行为与生活质量的关系

目的了解男男性行为人群（MSM）多性伴和高危性行为现状,探讨该人群高危性行为与生活质量之间的关系,为今后在该人群中开展有效的行为干预提供科学依据。方法采用横断面研究方法,对北京、成都、沈阳、广州、青岛、乌鲁木齐和合肥市7城市中,在＂同性恋酒吧＂活动的MSM进行匿名自填式问卷调查。结果 339名调查对象的平均年龄为（27.81±7.15）岁。有127人（37.46%）曾经有过异性性伴,其均数为（3.46±4.22）个;所有的调查对象均拥有过同性性伴,拥有同性性伴的均数为（12.79±12.89）个。MSM在与异性发生性行为时,每次都使用安全套的只有26.7%;在与同性发生性行为时,每次都使用安全套的为50.5%;在最近3次同性肛交时,每次都使用安全套的为53.6%,而与异性发生性行为时3次都使用安全套的只有23.6%。多因素线性回归分析（Back-ward法）表明,变量＂终生同性性伴数＂、＂终生同性商业性性伴数＂、＂最近3次同性偶然性伴肛交高危性行为＂和＂最近2个月双性高危性行为＂进入了生活质量总分回归方程中。结论在MSM人群中多性伴和高危性行为普遍存在并且与生活质量相关。在今后的干预中,要关注MSM人群的心理健康状况以降低多性伴和高危性行为的情况发生。

Survey of the relationship between high risk sexual behavior and quality of life among MSM in seven cities of China

Objective To understand the status of multi-sexual partners and high risk sexual behavior,and the relationship between high risk sexual behavior and quality of life（QOL）,and provide evidences for the effective intervention among men who have sex with men（MSM）.Method Cross-sectional analysis was applied to conduct anonymous questionnaire survey among MSM who visited the gay bars in Beijing,Chengdu,Shenyang,Guangzhou,Qingdao,Urumqi and Hefei cities.Results Among the 339 MSM,the average age was 27.81±7.15.All the participants had male sexual partners,the average number was 12.79±12.89,and the average number of female sexual partners was 3.46±4.22 among 127 MSM.The rate of consistent use of condoms was 26.7% and 50.5% during sex with female and male sexual partners,respectively.During the last three sexual behaviors with male and female sexual partners,the condom use rate was 53.6% and 23.6%,respectively.By using linear regression analysis（Backward Method）,the QOL regression equation included the variables of the number of life-time male sexual partners,the number of life –time male commercial sexual partners,the high risk behavior with male casual sexual partners in the last three anal intercourses and the high risk behaviors with both male and female sexual partners in the last two months.Conclusion Among the MSM population,the multi-sexual partner and high risk sexual behavior are common,which are related to the QOL,and consequently their mental health should be taken care of so as to reduce the number of sexual partners and high risk sexual behavior.
