柳州市HIV/AIDS病例随访管理效果综合评析

目的评价柳州市2008年开展随访管理HIV感染者/AIDS病人（HIV/AIDS病人）效果,为今后的随访管理工作指明重点方向。方法利用全国艾滋病综合防治管理系统中的信息,重点分析全年随访管理2次及以上的HIV/AIDS病人＂个案随访表＂,比较首次和末次的个案信息,评价行为学改变情况。结果随访管理促进HIV/AIDS病人改变高危行为,使配偶检测率从35.2%提高至46.5%,子女检测率从14.8%上升至42.0%,CD4检测率从47.0%上升至56.1%,育龄妇女采取避孕措施比例从40.0%提高至56.5%,在发生性行为和吸毒时都能采取安全方式,前者采用安全套,后者参加针具交换或美沙酮维持治疗;随访管理使HIV/AIDS病人容易获得关怀和服务。结论通过对HIV/AIDS病人开展定期随访管理,降低他们继续传播艾滋病的风险并控制艾滋病蔓延,提高HIV/AIDS病人生活质量,延长其寿命。

Evaluation of the effect of HIV/AIDS cases follow-up and management in Liuzhou

Objective To evaluate the effect of HIV/AIDS cases follow-up and management in Liuzhou,Guangxi province in 2008 and upgrade the management of follow-up in the future.Methods Data were collected from Information Management System of National HIV Prevention and Control.Analysis focused on data of HIV/AIDS cases followed-up more than twice,and the information of first and last time follow-up was compared,and behavioral changes were evaluated.Results The management of follow-up contributed to the changes of behavior,the test rate of spouse was increased from 35.2% to 46.5%;the test rate of children was increased from 14.76% to 42.02%;the CD4 test rate was also rose to 56.1%;the contraception rate in woman of child-bearing age improved from 40.0% to 56.6%;the sexual intercourse and drug use were performed safely by condom use and exchange of syringe or methadone mainteainnance;the HIV positive patients got access to the care and medical service largely through the management of follow-up.Conclusion The management of follow-up for HIV/AIDS could reduce the risk of HIV transmission,prolong the life-span and improve the life quality of HIV/AIDS patients,and at the same time benefit the prevention and control of HIV.
