未经治疗的潜伏梅毒患者外周血淋巴细胞亚群的变化及意义

目的了解未经治疗的潜伏梅毒患者外周血淋巴细胞亚群的变化,并探讨其临床意义。方法对41例未经治疗的潜伏梅毒患者及29例健康对照者的抗凝全血,采用流式细胞仪检测相关淋巴细胞亚群（包括T淋巴细胞亚群、NK细胞及B细胞）,比较两组间的差异,并对其血清学滴度的变化进行相关性分析。结果潜伏梅毒患者CD4＋T淋巴细胞数、CD4＋/CD8＋比值均低于正常对照组（P〈0.01）,CD8＋T淋巴细胞数明显高于对照组（P〈0.01）;CD3＋、CD1＋9、CD1＋6CD5＋6与正常对照组相比无显著性差异（P〉0.05）;梅毒血清学滴度与CD4＋T淋巴细胞数量呈负相关。结论未经治疗的潜伏梅毒患者淋巴细胞亚群失衡,存在细胞免疫抑制。

Changes in immunophenotypes of lymphocytes from peripheral blood of patients with untreated latent syphilis and their significance

Objective To explore changes in immunophenotypes of lymphocytes from peripheral blood of patients with untreated latent syphilitic and their clinical significance.Methods Immunophenotypes of lymphocytes from peripheral blood were detected by flow cytometry（FCM） in 41 patients with latent syphilis and 29 healthy controls.In addition,the correlation between lymphocytes and the titers of antibody was examined.Results Compared with the controls,the percentages of CD＋4T cells and the ratio of CD＋4：CD＋8 were significantly decreased（P0.01）,while the percentages of CD＋8T cells were obviously increased（P0.01） in latent syphilic patients;but there were no statistical differences in percentages of CD＋3,CD＋19（B lymphocytes）and CD＋16 CD＋56 cells（NK lymphocytes）（P0.05）;the titers of antibody detected by RPR were inversely associated with CD＋4 T cells.Conclusion There is an imbalance in lymphocyte immunophenotypes of peripheral blood and a prominent suppression of cellular immunity in patients with untreated latent syphilis.
