微孔矫形术治疗[足母]外翻畸形的疗效分析

目的探讨微孔矫形术治疗足母]外翻畸形的手术治疗方法和临床疗效。方法本组66例100足均采用微孔矫形术治疗，术前与术后6月摄片测量足母]外翻角（HVA）、Ⅰ～Ⅱ跖骨间角（IMA）和远端跖骨关节角（DMAA），同时辅予中药熏洗及口服中药汤剂。结果疗效结果示优：91．00％，良：9．00％，差：0．00％；术后6个月HVA、IMA和DMAA比术前明显减小。结论微孔矫形术治疗足母]外翻畸形具有微创、美观、恢复快、安全、易掌握、不打石膏、不需另外取骨植骨，不需外固定等多种优点，尤为重要的是手术保留跖骨头，形成无痛性假关节，不破坏足部3个负重点即跟骨结节，第一跖骨头及第五跖骨头，生活能自理，明显减少术后并发症，具有广泛的临床推广使用价值。

Analysis of the surgical treatment of hallux valgus with microbore orthopedic operation

Objective To explore the clinical effect of the surgical treatment hallux valgus with microbore orthopedic operation. Methods Sixty-six patients （100 feet） with hallux valgus adopted the surgical treatment of microhole orthopedic operation. HVA, IMA and DMAA were measured rneasuried by the radiography of before and after six months＇ operation, while auxiliary to the oral decoction medicine and chinese medicinal fumigation external use. Results The rate of excellent and good was 91.00%, good outcomes was 9.00%, and poor outcomes was 0.00% respectively. HVA, IMA and DMAA after six months＇ operation were less than before operation. Conclusion The surgical treatment of hallux valgus with microbore orthopedic operation is minimally invasive, handsome, quick recovery, safe and easy to grasp, not to fight gypsum, without another bone graft and external fixation. This surgery is reserved metatarsals, with a painless false joints, does not destroy the foot that is focused on three negative calcaneal tubercle, the first metatarsal head and fifth metatarsals, the patients can take care of themselves after operation, significantly reduce postoperative complications, the surgical treatment has a broad clinical value.
