盐酸氨基酮戊酸光动力疗法治疗尖锐湿疣临床观察

摘    要:目的评价盐酸氨基酮戊酸光动力疗法(ALA-PDT)治疗尖锐湿疣的疗效。方法使用ALA治疗127例尖锐湿疣患者(试验组),采用液氮冷冻治疗47例尖锐湿疣患者(对照组)。结果入组的174例尖锐湿疣患者中,经过ALA-PDT治疗和液氮冷冻治疗,1周后痊愈率分别为73.23%和53.19%;治疗2周后,二组的痊愈率分别为85.83%和63.83%(P〈0.01);治疗3周后,二组的痊愈率分别为93.70%和70.21%(P〈0.01)。试验组的总复发率为10.17%(6/59),明显低于对照组45.45%(15/33)的总复发率。结论外用ALA-PDT疗法治疗尖锐湿疣治愈率高,复发率低。

A clinical observation of aminolevulinic acid photodynamic therapy for condyloma acuminatum

Abstract:Objective To evaluate the efficiency of topical 5-aminolevulinic acid photodynamic therapy(ALA-PDT) in the treatment of condyloma acuminatum(CA).Methods Patients with condyloma acuminatum were assigned to the ALA-PDT group and the cryotherapy group(control)(127 in the ALA-PDT group and 47 in the control group).Results A total of 174 patients with condyloma acuminatum were enrolled in the clinical tria1.One week after the treatment,53.19% and 73.23% of the base line warts were eliminated totally in the control group and the ALA-PDT group,respectively.At 2 weeks after the treatment,complete remission was 63.83% for the cryotherapy group and 85.83% for the ALA-PDT group,respectively(P0.01).At 3 weeks after the treatment,93.70% and 70.21% of the base line warts were eliminated in the ALA-PDT group and the control group,respectively(P0.01).Furthermore,the overall relapse rate in ALA-PDT group was 10.17%(6/59),which was significantly lower than that in cryotherapy group(15/33,45.45%).Conclusion Compared with cryotherapy,ALA-PDT has the advantages of a higher therapeutic efficacy and a lower relapse rate.
