| 摘 要： | 文章综述了艾滋病病毒（HIV）抗体检测经常难以及时、明确诊断HIV/艾滋病（AIDS）的现状和原因,以及病毒载量检测在诊断HIV/AIDS抗体疑难样本中的应用和意义,并分析了病毒载量检测在诊断HIV/AIDS抗体疑难样本实际应用中存在的问题,提出了改进的建议。

| Abstract: | The paper reviews the current status of HIV antibody test,the reason why timely and accurate HIV/AIDS diagnosis often cannot be made by HIV antibody tests,and the application and significance of viral load testing in diagnosing indeterminate HIV/AIDS antibody specimens. It also analyzes the practical problems of viral load testing in the diagnosis of HIV/AIDS antibody indeterminate specimens and puts forward suggestions for the improvement. |
