| 摘 要： | 随着社会的发展,梅毒合并艾滋病的发病率逐渐上升,同时感染艾滋病病毒（HIV）会影响密螺旋体感染的诊断、自然病史、治疗及预后。该文针对梅毒合并HIV感染的临床表现、诊断、预防、治疗、疗效判定、预防复发、治疗失败的应对措施,以及妊娠梅毒对之进行了综述。

| Abstract: | As the society develops,the incidence of syphilis co-infected with HIV is rising gradually.The co-infection of syphilis and HIV can influence the diagnosis,natural history,treatment and prognosis of syphilis.This article is to discuss various aspects of syphilis co-infected with HIV,including its clinical manifestation,diagnosis,prevention,assessment of therapeutic efficacy,prevention of relapse and response to the failure of treatment,as well as pregnant syphilis. |
