性病门诊VVC和NGU感染情况调查

目的探讨性病门诊阴道念珠菌病（VVC）和非淋菌性尿道炎（NGU）的感染现状。方法对病人阴道及尿道分泌物进行念珠菌、衣原体、支原体检测培养。采用SPSS13.0进行统计分析。结果 2006-2008年,从7955名就诊者中共检出病原菌1163株,检出率为16.27%。三年间的总检出率念珠菌为10.25%,沙眼衣原体为15.45%,解脲支原体为31.56%,人型支原体为3.32%。沙眼衣原体各年度检出率两两比较有显著差异。结论泌尿生殖道感染有很多是混合感染,对可能出现的感染同时检测病原菌,以避免漏诊。

Studies on infection of vulvovaginal candidosis and non-gonococcal urethritis in STD clinics

Objective To explore the infection status of vulvovaginal candidiasis（VVC）and non-gonococcal urethritis（NGU）in STD clinics.Methods Candida,chlamydia,mycoplasma of vaginal and urethral secretions from patients were tested and cultured.The data were analyzed by SPSS13.0.Results From 2006 to 2008,1163 strains of pathogenic microbe were detected from 7955 visitors to SDT clinics（16.27%）.The total detection rate of candida was 10.25%;and that of chlamydia trachomat was 15.45%;that of ureaplasma urealyticum and Mycoplasma hominis was 31.56% and 3.32%,respectively.There were distinct differences in detection rates of Chlamydia trachomat between different years.Conclusion A large number of clinical infections of urethra and genital are mixed infections.Potential pathogens should be detected in order to avoid the false treatment.
