| 摘 要： | 总结了65例眼睑恶性肿瘤切除联合Ⅰ期眼睑修复术的围手术期护理。术前做好皮肤准备,术后注重切口包扎技术、眼部换药、用药与观察、预防感染、健康教育等。患者均切口Ⅰ期愈合,眼睑修复效果良好,无并发症发生。

| Abstract: | This paper summarizes the perioperative nursing of 65 patients undergoing eyelid malignant tumor resection combined with primary eyelid reconstruction. The nursing care focused on routine preoperative preparations as well as postoperative care of incision dressing, dressing change, medication administration and monitoring, prevention of infections and health education. All the patients had Ⅰ-phase wound healing and good shape of eyelid repair without postoperative complications. |
