阿帕替尼治疗晚期胃癌不良反应的护理体会

目的探讨阿帕替尼治疗晚期胃癌的不良反应和护理体会。方法收集中国人民解放军东部战区总医院（原第八一医院）2010年3月至2018年12月期间49例经病理学或细胞学确诊的晚期胃癌患者，根据患者的基础状态以及合并治疗给予不同剂量的阿帕替尼，1/日，连续口服。观察不良反应和进行护理。结果绝大多数患者为1~2级的不良反应，通过对症处理可良好耐受；少数患者为3级不良反应，其中大部分通过暂停用药、降低剂量和对症处理也可缓解和耐受，仅绝少数基础情况较差或合并其他不良反应的患者因无法耐受而停止服药。结论正确的临床观察和护理可以帮助患者更好地耐受阿帕替尼不良反应。

Nursing experience of Apatinib in the treatment with advanced gastric cancer

ObjectiveTo explore the adverse reactions and nursing experience of Apatinib using for the treatment of advanced gastric cancer. MethodsForty nine patients with advanced gastric cancer diagnosed by pathology or cytology were given different doses of Apatinib on a daily basis according to their baseline conditions and combined treatments. Adverse reactions were observed and recorded. ResultsMost of the adverse reactions were grade 1 to 2, which could be well tolerated by symptomatic treatments. Most grade 3 adverse reactions can also be alleviated and tolerated by suspension of medication, reduction of dose and symptomatic treatments. Only a few patients in poor basic conditions or combined with other adverse reactions had to discontinue Apatinib due to intolerance. ConclusionsThe appropriate clinical observation and nursing are helpful for patients to tolerate the adverse reactions of Apatinib.
