快速康复外科护理模式在甲状腺癌围手术期应用的效果观察

目的 观察快速康复外科护理应用于甲状腺癌围术期护理中的效果及患者对护理工作的满意程度。方法 选取2016年1月至2018年1月在胜利油田中心医院接受甲状腺癌根治术治疗的92例甲状腺癌患者作为观察对象，依据患者就诊顺序依次分为对照组（46例）与观察组（46例）。对照组采取常规护理；观察组按快速康复外科护理模式给予围术期护理。对比两组患者术后恢复进程、术后并发症发生情况，调查两组患者对护理工作的满意程度；术后随访1个月评估两组患者生活质量。结果 观察组患者术后下床时间、住院时间及疼痛程度均优于对照组（P<0.05）；观察组术后并发症总发生率（8.70%）低于对照组（32.61%）（P<0.05）；观察组对护理总体满意率（95.65%）高于对照组（82.61%）（P<0.05）；术后1个月患者的SF-36各维度生活质量评分，观察组也优于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 快速康复外科护理模式能够有效加快甲状腺癌患者术后恢复进程，降低术后并发症发生概率，提高患者术后生活质量及对护理工作的满意度。

Effect of rapid rehabilitation surgical nursing on perioperative nursing for the patients with thyroid cancer

Objective To observe the effect of rapid rehabilitation surgical nursing on perioperative nursing for thyroid cancer and the satisfaction of patients with nursing work. Methods Ninety-two patients with thyroid cancer who received radical resection of thyroid cancer in Shengli Oilfield Central Hospital from January 2016 to January 2018 were selected as observation objects. According to the order of treatment, the patients were divided into control group (46 cases) and observation group (46 cases). The patients in control group received routine nursing care who were compared to the patients received perioperative nursing according to the mode of rapid rehabilitation surgical nursing in observation group. Postoperative follow-up was performed for 1 month to evaluate the quality of life of the two groups. Results The observation group was superior to the control group in postoperative time of getting out of bed, length of stay and degree of pain (P<0.05). The total incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group (8.70%) was lower than that (32.61%) in the control group (P<0.05). The overall satisfaction rate of nursing in the observation group (95.65%) was higher than that (82.61%) in the control group (P<0.05). The scores of sf-36 in all dimensions of life quality of the patients 1 month after surgery were also better in the observation group than in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion Rapid rehabilitation surgery can effectively accelerate the postoperative recovery of thyroid cancer patients and improve the prognosis quality of life and satisfaction with nursing work.
