理论结合体验教育护理在COPD急性加重期患者无创正压通气治疗中的影响分析

摘    要:目的 探究理论结合体验教育护理在COPD急性加重期患者无创正压通气治疗中的影响。方法 选取2016年1月至2017年6月在无锡市第五人民医院进行常规护理并接受无创正压通气治疗的COPD急性加重期患者40例作为对照组,再选取2017年7月至2018年12月进行理论结合体验教育护理并接受无创正压通气治疗的COPD急性加重期患者40例作为观察组。对比两组护理前后生活质量、焦虑状况及护理满意度。结果 观察组护理3个月后生理功能、生理职能、躯体疼痛、一般健康状况、活力、社会功能、情感职能及精神健康评分均高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组护理3个月后焦虑状况低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组护理3个月后护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 理论结合体验教育护理应用于COPD急性加重期患者无创正压通气治疗中可显著改善患者生活质量,提高护理满意度,并有效缓解患者焦虑,值得推广。

Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of integrate theory with experience of nursing education on non invasive positive pressure ventilation in patients with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD). Methods Forty patients with acute exacerbation of COPD receiving routine nursing in our hospital from January 2016 to June 2017 were enrolled into the control group. Forty patients with acute exacerbation of COPD who were treated with theoretical combination of experiential education and non invasive positive pressure ventilation were enrolled into the observation groups from July 2017 to December 2018. The quality of life, anxiety and nursing satisfaction of the two groups before and after treatment were compared. Results After 3 months of intervention, the physiological function, physiological function, physical pain, general health status, vitality, social function, emotional function, mental health score and nursing satisfaction were higher than those of control group significantly (P<0.05). The anxiety status had been improved significantly (P<0.05). Conclusions The combination of theory and education experience of nursing in the treatment of non invasive positive pressure ventilation in patients with acute exacerbation of COPD can significantly improve the quality of life and satisfaction of nursing, and effectively alleviate the anxiety of patients which is worthy of promoting.
