从王新陆教授血浊理论探析血浊伤髓辨治机制

血浊,其形成与当代人类的生活方式、饮食习惯、社会和自然环境等密切相关,是脏腑功能失调的"果"和"因",具有致病隐匿、致病广泛、缠绵难去的特点,影响诸多脏腑的生理功能。血浊循行脉中,留浊于诸髓,或不能濡养诸髓,导致髓易损、难复,加剧髓类疾病的发生。故通过论述血浊以及血浊对髓的作用,分析血浊伤髓的病理过程,以更好地理解血浊的致病机制,提高对调控血浊的重视程度;并丰富对髓伤病变机制的认识,为指导临床诸髓疾病的辨治提供更多思路。

Analysis of blood turbididy impairing marrow based on Professor WANG Xinlu's theory of blood turbidity

Blood turbididy,which relative to life style,diet habit,society and nature environment of contemporary people,is the cause and result of disordered organ functions. The pathopoiesia of blood turbididy is characterized of hidden,extensive and lingering difficulty,that hinder the physiological function of organs. While circulating around,blood turbididy leaving feculence in marrow and cannot nourish marrow,resulting in marrow damage and even marrow disease. In the context,we analyze the pathological process of blood turbididy impairing marrow to further make clear the pathogenesis of blood turbididy,boost attention to the regulation of blood turbidity,and enrich the understanding of the mechanism that about marrow injury,thus providing more ideas for the treatment of marrow disease.
