健康中国背景下新型医养结合养老服务模式及优化策略

在健康中国战略指引下,构建新型医养结合养老服务模式是对人口老龄化的重大回应,是优化医养结合服务体系的必由之路。在医养结合养老发展创新过程中,“虚拟养老院”、“时间银行”与“互联网+”三种新型模式脱颖而出,并在信息化管理、市场化管理、组织化管理等方面形成显著特色。作者致力研究医养结合养老服务体系,提出要推进我国医养结合养老服务的创新与发展,需要切实加大政策引导、信息平台建设与社会组织激励的力度。

New model and optimizing strategies of pension service by the integration of medicine and care under the background of Health China

Under the guidance of Health China strategy, the construction of a new mode of integrated medical care and pension service is a major response to the aging population, which is the only way to optimize the integrated medical care and old age care service system. In the development and innovation process of combining medical and nursing care with old age care, the three new modes of "virtual nursing home", "time bank" and "Internet +" have been concerned which showed remarkable characteristics in information management, market oriented management, organizational management and other aspects.This paper focuses on the old age service system with the combination of medical care and maintenance, and proposes to promote the innovation and development of the combined medical and nursing care services in China through the strengthen of policy guidance, construction of information platform and social organization incentive.
