| 盐酸羟考酮缓释片联合唑来膦酸治疗恶性肿瘤溶骨性转移疼痛的疗效观察 |

| 摘 要： | 比较盐酸羟考酮缓释片联合注射用唑来膦酸和单独应用唑来膦酸对恶性肿瘤肿瘤患者的疼痛缓解,生活质量改善情况,及其疼痛因子(ALP、β-CTx、PINP、OST、TNF-α、IL-1β、IL-6和IL-10)治疗前后的水平变化。结果显示,与单独用药相比,联合用药的疼痛缓解及生活质量显著改善,血清ALP、β-CTx、PINP、OST、TNF-α、IL-1β、IL-6水平明显低,但IL-10水平明显高。两组不良反应发生率无差异。结果提示盐酸羟考酮缓释片联合注射用唑来膦酸能改善骨代谢,减少疼痛因子释放,提高患者生活质量,安全性良好,值得临床推广应用。
