Professor LOU Duofeng believes that deficiency of qi and blood and Du meridian along with are the important internal causes of spinal bi,and play a major role in the development of spinal bi. The invasion of evil qi is the external factor of the disease,stagnation of blood stasis and qi,obstruction of meridians are the key to the pathogenesis of spinal bi.
