糖尿病肾病的中西医研究进展

糖尿病肾病（DN）是糖尿病的严重并发症之一，其主要病理变化为肾小球硬化症，病程10 a以上的糖尿病患者并发DN的比例约为50%，严重威胁糖尿病患者的生命安全，而及早确诊并探寻有效的防治方法具有重要的临床意义。现代医学认为糖尿病肾病的发生、发展是多种因素共同作用的结果，目前针对该病发病机制的系列研究已取得一定进展，而在基础上探讨防治糖尿病肾病的有效方法具有重要意义。同时中医药治疗在改善糖尿病肾病患者的临床症状、延缓其肾功能恶化等方面具有明显优势。本文对该病的发病机制和现代医学治疗的研究进展进行文献整理和相关分析，中医方面从病因病机、临床治疗和实验研究等方面就糖尿病肾病的中医药治疗研究进展作一综述，以期为临床治疗提供依据。

Research progress about diabetic nephropathy based on Western medicine and traditional Chinese medicine

Diabetic nephropathy (DN) is one of serious complications of diabetes. The main pathological changes were glomerular sclerosis. The proportion of diabetic patients with a course of 10 years or more of DN was about 50%. It seriously threatens the life safety of diabetic patients, and early diagnosis and effective prevention and treatment methods have important clinical significance. Western medicine believes that the occurrence and development of diabetic nephropathy is the result of the combined action of multiple factors. At present, a series of studies on the pathogenesis of diabetic nephropathy have made some progress. At the same time, traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) treatment has obvious advantages in improving the clinical symptoms of diabetic nephropathy patients and delaying the deterioration of their renal function. In this paper, literature review and correlative analysis were conducted on the pathogenesis of diabetes mellitus and the research progress of modern medical treatment. In the aspect of TCM, the progress of TCM treatment of diabetic nephropathy was summarized from the aspects of etiology, pathogenesis, clinical treatment and experimental research, so as to provide the basis for clinical treatment.
