湿润烧伤膏治疗重度失禁相关性皮炎疗效观察

目的对比观察湿润烧伤膏治疗重度失禁相关性皮炎的临床疗效,为重度失禁相关性皮炎的临床治疗提供参考。方法按照随机数表法将2016年1月至2018年12月北京市宣武中医医院外科收治的60例重度失禁相关性皮炎患者随机分为治疗组(30例)与对照组(30例),其中治疗组患者采用湿润烧伤膏治疗局部创面,对照组患者采用氧化锌软膏治疗局部创面,对比观察两组患者的临床疗效及创面愈合时间。结果治疗10 d时,两组患者的治疗总有效率均为100%,其中治疗组患者中痊愈27例、有效3例,对照组患者中痊愈19例、有效11例,两组患者临床疗效对比,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。最终两组患者创面均完全愈合,其中治疗组患者创面愈合时间为(8.4±1.57)d,对照组患者创面愈合时间为(9.53±2.09)d,两组患者创面愈合时间对比,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论湿润烧伤膏治疗重度失禁相关性皮炎,可有效促进创面愈合,缩短创面愈合时间,疗效显著,且操作简便,安全可靠,值得临床推广应用。

Observation on the Clinical Efficacy of MEBO in the Treatment of Severe Incontinence.associated Dermatitis

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of MEBO in treating severe incontinence-associated dermatitis and provide evidence for the clinical treatment of such type of dermatitis.Methods Sixty patients with severe incontinence-associated dermatitis admitted into the Surgery Department of Beijing Xuanwu TCM Hospital between January 2016 and December 2018 were randomly divided into a treatment group(30 patients)and a control group(30 patients).In the treatment group the local wounds were treated with MEBO while the local wounds in the control group were treated with Zinc Oxide Ointment,and the clinical efficacy and wound healing time were observed and compared between the two groups.Results After 10 days of treatment,the total effective rate in the treatment group was 100%with 27 cases cured,3 cases effective while the total effective rate was also 100%in the control group with 19 cases cured and 11 cases effective,between which the comparison showed statistically significant difference,P<0.05.At the end the wounds were all completely healed in the two groups,and the wound healing time in the treatment group was(8.43±1.57)d,which showed statistically significant difference as compared with the corresponding(9.53±2.09)d in the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion In the treatment of severe incontinence-associated dermatitis,MEBO presents remarkable clinical efficacy such as effectively promoting wound healing and shortening wound healing time,as well as easy and simple operation and reliable safety,deserving to be promoted in clinical practice.
