隐性知识在中医药学术传承中的应用现状与思考

隐性知识是支撑中医药学术传承和不断发展的不可或缺的基石，其包涵于中医药学理论和辨证施治的各个方面，是中医药学传承和名老中医经验继承的核心内容之一。中医药学隐性知识的庞杂性、高度个体化、对文化背景、地域环境的依赖性和难以显性化等特性阻碍了其准确、广泛的传承。本文对隐性知识在中医药学术传承的应用现状进行系统梳理，结合人工智能在对知识的学习、处理及实践运用中的优势，提出应将其与中医药学隐性知识的挖掘相结合，能够极大的提高中医药学隐性知识的传承效率和准确度，并扩大服务度。

Application and Thinking of Tacit Knowledge in the Heritage of Chinese Medicine

Tacit knowledge is an indispensable cornerstone for the academic heritage and continuous development ofChinese medicine. It exists in every aspect of the theory of dialectical treatment of the Chinese medicine and thesyndrome differentiation, and it is also one of the core contents of the heritage of both the Chinese medicine and theexperienced doctors. The characters of complexity, highly individualized, dependence on cultural background andregional environment, as well as difficult to explicate of the tacit knowledge in the Chinese medicine, bring hugeobstacles to the accurate and extensive heritage of it. In this paper, we systematically review the application of tacitknowledge in the academic heritage of Chinese medicine. Consider the advantages of artificial intelligence (AI) in thelearning, processing and practical application of the knowledge, we suggest to apply AI to the mining of tacit knowledgein Chinese medicine, which could extremely improve the efficiency and accuracy of the Chinese medicine heritage, andexpand the service of the Chinese medicine.
