多寐病的体质辨证与治疗

通过对气虚体质、湿热体质、血瘀体质和寒热错杂体质多寐病患者的体质进行判别与分析,采取同病异治的方法针对多寐患者偏颇体质进行调理,取得良好的临床疗效。实践证明体质辨证是临床疾病辨证论治过程中重要组成部分,尤其应用于慢性病和疑难病治疗与调摄。对于人体体质的认识应该不断完善和发展,在临床的具体运用中不能局限于目前所颁布常见体质相关内容,而要通过临床实践不断提升和丰富中医对人体体质的认识,从而为中医药更加精准解决各类临床问题提供依据。

Syndrome differentiation of traditional Chinese medicine constitution and treatment with somnolence

In this paper,the author discriminated and analyzed the traditional Chinese medicine constitution of patients with somnolence,such as qi-insufficiency constitution,damp-heat constitution,blood stasis constitution and mixture of cold and heat constitution. The method of different treatment for the same disease was adopted to adjust the patients'' partial constitution with somnolence and obtain good clinical effect. It has been proved in practice that the syndrome differentiation of traditional Chinese medicine constitution is an important part in the treatment of clinical disease syndrome differentiation,especially the treatment and management for chronic and difficult diseases. The understanding of traditional Chinese medicine constitution on human body should be constantly improve and develop. In the specific application of clinical practice,we should not limit ourselves to the existing contents of common traditional Chinese medicine constitution promulgated at present,but continuously improve and enrich the understanding of human body traditional Chinese medicine constitution through clinical practice,so as to provide basis for the more accurate solution of various clinical problems with traditional Chinese medicine treatments.
