| 摘 要： | 基于历代医家提出的"肺痹-体痹"整体观念,文章总结武维屏教授临证经验:间质性肺病(肺痹)常与关节、皮肤病变(体痹)相合,临床患者多病情复杂,症状纷繁多变,多以祛邪通络、宣降肺气、和解表里、调畅气机、通补兼施为立法治则。阐述肺痹和体痹之间的关系与治疗。

| Abstract: | Based on the overall concept of "pulmonary impediment -body impediment" putting forward by doctors of previous generations, this paper summarizes the experience of professor WU Weiping:interstitial lung disease (pulmonary impediment) often coincides with joint and skin lesions(body impediment), clinical patients have complicated conditions and symptoms constantly change, the main principles of therapeutic methods include eliminating pathogens and activating meridians, dispersing and descending lung''s qi, harmonizing superficies and interiors, regulating the functional activities of qi, combination of obstruction-removing and tonifying. Expound the relationship and treatment between pulmonary impediment and body impediment. |
