| 摘 要： | 目的：分析2017年全省疾控机构在职在编人员经费财政保障状况。方法：面向全省114家疾控机构开展问卷普查，描述性分析人员经费财政保障状况。结果：2017年全省疾控机构人员经费财政保障比例平均为86.6%；省、市、县保障比例分别为56.4%、91.3%、88.8%；苏南、苏中、苏北保障比例96.1%、78.6%、84.8%。结论：全省疾控机构人员经费财政保障不充分、不均衡，人员经费财政保障水平整体不高，部分疾控机构仍然靠向社会提供技术服务弥补缺口。
