中医药防治微创保胆取石术后结石复发的研究进展

微创保胆取石术是治疗胆囊结石的新术式，但是术后结石复发是保胆取石术不可忽视的并发症，中医药通过以辨证论治为基础的内治疗法，配合耳穴贴压、针灸、药浴等特色外治疗法，在防治微创保胆取石术后结石复发领域发挥独特优势。文章介绍了中医药在预防结石复发方面取得的进展，并探讨不足之处，为中医药在微创保胆取石术后的临床应用及进一步的研究和发展提供依据。

Research progress on the prevention and treatment of stone recurrence after minimally invasive gallstone surgery with traditional Chinese medicine

Minimally invasive gallstone surgery is a new procedure for the treatment of gallstones,but postoperative stone recurrence is a complication of gallbladder stone surgery cannot be ignored. Traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) through internal treatment based on syndrome differentiation,combined with ear acupoint pressing,acupuncture,medicated bath and other special external treatment,plays a unique advantage in the prevention of stone recurrence after minimally invasive gallstone surgery. This article describes the progress made in the prevention of stone recurrence of traditional Chinese medicine,and to explore the deficiencies,provided the basis for the clinical application and further research and development of TCM after minimally invasive gallstone surgery.
