文拉法辛治疗抑郁症100例患者的临床分析

目的:探讨文拉法辛治疗抑郁症的临床效果及对其生活质量的影响。方法:将100例抑郁症患者随机分为研究组(文拉法辛治疗)和对照组(多塞平治疗),每组50例,观察治疗12周。于治疗前及治疗后第2、4、8、12周末,采用汉密顿抑郁量表(HAMD)和副反应量表(TESS)分别评定临床疗效和不良反应,用世界卫生组织生活质量量表(WHOQOL-100)评定干预前后患者生活质量的变化。结果:治疗12周后,研究组与对照组有效率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);HAMD评分,在第2、4周末研究组低于对照组(P<0.01),其他时点两组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);TESS评分各时段研究组均低于对照组(P<0.01);治疗12周末,QOL-100评分研究组显著高于对照组(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论:文拉法辛治疗抑郁症疗效确切,且不良反应少,起效稍快,临床使用安全,能显著改善抑郁症患者生活质量。

Effects of venlafaxine on patients with melancholia:clinical observation of 100 cases

Objective：To investigate the therapeutic effects of venlafaxine and its influence on patients with melancholia.Methods：A total of 100 melancholia cases were randomly assigned to venlafaxine group（50 cases）and doxepine group（50 cases）respectively.Side effects and clinical effects were evaluated at 2,4,8 and 12 weeks after treatment with venlafaxine or doxepine with Hamilton Depressive Scale（HAMD）and Treatment Emergent Side Effect Scale（TESS）,life quality of these patients before and after treatment were assessed with WHO QOL-100 scale.Results：After 12 weeks of treatment,there was no significant difference of effective rate between the two groups（P0.05）,HAMD scores of the venlafaxine group at the end of 2nd and 4th week was significant lower than that of the doxepine group,TESS scores of the venlafaxine group at all four time were lower than that of the doxepine group（P0.01）.After 12 weeks treatment,QOL-100 score of the venlafaxine group was significant higher than that of the doxepine group.Conclusions：With less side effects and quicker response,venlafaxine is safe and effective on melancholia.It can improve melancholia patients＇ life quality.
