庆大霉素穴位注射对一氧化氮体系的影响

目的 :研究庆大霉素足三里穴位注射对大鼠血、胃、肠和足阳明经上足三里、伏兔穴中一氧化氮合酶 ( NOS)活性、一氧化氮 ( NO)含量的影响。方法 :SD大鼠 2 2只 ,随机分为三组 ,各组大鼠不同途径注射庆大霉素后 ,取血、胃、肠、足三里、伏兔组织 ,采用硝酸还原酶法测定 NO含量 ,重氮比色法测定 NOS活性。结果 :庆大霉素足三里组、静脉注射组大鼠血、胃、肠中 NOS,NO水平较对照组明显升高 ( P<0 .0 1)。且足三里组血中 NO含量高于静脉注射组 ( P<0 .0 1) ;三组大鼠足三里、伏兔穴中 N OS,NO水平未见明显差异 ( P>0 .0 5 )。结论 :庆大霉素大鼠足三里穴注射 ,血、胃、肠组织中NOS的表达和 NO水平的增加 ,可能是庆大霉素发挥穴位药效的机理之一

Effects of gentamicin point injection on nitric oxide system in rats

Objective:It is to study the effects of gentamicin (GM) Zusanli (ZSL) point injection on nitric oxide (NO) contents and nitric oxide synthase (NOS) activity in blood, tissue of stomach and intestine, points of rats. Methods: Twenty two adult SD rats were randomly divided into three groups. The GM was injected into rats by ZSL point or intravein (IV) respectively. The NO contents in rat blood, tissue of stomach and intestine, ZSL, Futu point were determined by nitratase method and NOS was detected by biazotize colorimetric method. Results: NOS activity and NO content of blood, stomach and intestine in ZSL group and IV group were significantly higher than that in the control group respectively ( P < 0.01 ). Besides, the NO content in blood of ZSL group was significantly higher than that in the IV group ( P < 0.01 ). The NO, NOS level was detected in tissue of ZSL, Futu of three groups is no difference ( P > 0.05 ).Conclusion:Increasing NO contents and NOS activity in blood, stomach and intestine may be one of the mechanism for point drug effects of GM by ZSL injection.
