| 摘 要： | 本实验观察了国产加贝酯对大鼠实验性急性胰腺炎的治疗效果,并与进口药品FOY及抑肽酶作了比较。结果表明国产加贝酯能提高急性胰腺炎大鼠的存活率;抑制病鼠血清淀粉酶、脂肪酶活性及尿素氨水平的升高;改善病鼠胰腺组织病变程度,减轻脂肪组织坏死。其疗效与FOY相同,优于抑肽酶。可为临床上一种治疗急性胰腺炎的新药。

| Abstract: | The effects of Gabexate mesilate made in China in the treatment of acute experimental pancreatitis was observed, and was compared with that of FOY and Trasylol in the rats with acute pancreatitis. It was shown that with use of Gabexate mesilate the survival rate of the rats with acute pancreatitis was increased,the elevated levels of amylase, lipase and BUN in serum were decreased, and the pathological lesion of pancreas and the necrosis of fatty tissue were improved. The effect of Gabexate mesilate was similar to that of FOY and superior to that of Trasylol in the treatment of acute experimental pancreatitis. Therefore, it will be a new valuable drug in treating acute pancreatitis clinically. |
