通络散结方预防多发乳腺纤维瘤术后复发临床观察

目的:观察通络散结方预防多发乳腺纤维瘤术后复发的效果以及对性激素和免疫功能的影响,研究其可能的作用机制。方法:将100例多发乳腺纤维瘤术后患者按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组各50例。两组确诊为多发乳腺纤维瘤后均行手术治疗,治疗方案相同,术后对照组不给予任何药物治疗,观察组采用通络散结方干预。干预3个月后统计复发情况,观察患者雌酮(E₁)、雌二醇(E₂)、雌三醇(E₃)、孕酮(PT)和泌乳素(PRL)等性激素水平,CD3⁺、CD4⁺、CD8⁺、CD4⁺/CD8⁺等免疫指标水平,6个月和12个月后再随访统计复发率。结果:干预后,观察组患者E₁、E₂、E₃、PT和PRL等性激素水平均明显降低(P<0.05),且低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者CD3⁺、CD4⁺和CD4⁺/CD8⁺等指标水平均明显升高(P<0.05),CD8⁺水平明显降低(P<0.05),与对照组比较差异显著(P<0.05)。观察组总复发率为16.0%,对照组总复发率为52.0%,两组差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:采用通络散结方预防多发乳腺纤维瘤术后复发,具有显著的效果,并能够调节患者的性激素平衡,提高患者的免疫功能,这可能是通络散结方防治多发乳腺纤维瘤术后复发的作用机制。

Tongluo Sanjie Recipe in the prevention and treatment of multiple breast fibroma recurrence after operation and its effect on sex hormones and immune function

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Tongluo Sanjie Recipe in preventing and treating multi?ple breast fibroma recurrence after surgery,its effect on sex hormones and immune function as well as its possible func?tion mechanism.Methods:100 postoperative patients with multiple breast fibroma were randomly divided into observa?tion group and control group with 50 cases each.The surgical treaments were performed for the patients diagnosed as multiple breast fibroma in the two groups.The surgical treatment plans of the two groups were all the same.The postoper?ative control group was not given any drug treatment,and the postoperative observation group was treated with Tongluo Sanjie recipe.After 3 months of intervention the recurrence rate was recorded.The levels of sex hormones such as es?trone(E₁),estradiol(E₂),estriol(E₃),progesterone(PT)and prolactin(PRL),immune index levels as CD3⁺,CD4⁺,CD8⁺,CD4⁺/CD8⁺and others as well as the follow-up recurrence rate after 6 and 12 months were observed.Results:Af?ter the intervention,the levels of sex hormones such as estrone,estradiol,estriol,progesterone and prolactin in the two groups were significantly reduced(P<0.05),and the levels of sex hormones were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After the intervention,in the observation group the levels of CD3⁺,CD4⁺and CD4⁺/CD8⁺were significantly increased(P<0.05),and the level of CD8⁺was significantly decreased(P<0.05);there was significant dif?ference compared with the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the total recurrence rate of 16.00%in the observa?tion group was significantly lower than the total recurrence rate of 52.00%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Tongluo Sanjie Recipe has a significant effect to prevent and treat multiple breast fibroma recurrence after surgery.It can adjust the patient’s sex hormone balance and improve the patient’s immune function that is likely the function mechanism of Tongluo Sanjie Recipe in preventing and treating multiple breast fibroma.
