定西地区无偿献血血液报废原因分析及预防

目的：总结分析近年来我站血液报废的常见原因,进而采取针对性措施,减少血液的浪费.方法：对2007-2012年本站无偿献血的血液报废原因进行归类、统计分析.结果：实验室检测项目报废率显著高于非实验室检测项目报废率,HBsAg、抗-HCV不合格报废占主要,其后依次是梅毒、ALT及其他.结论：我们应做好无偿献血前宣教及咨询指导工作,严把体检质量关,完善改进检测模式,严格按SOP操作,提高血液利用效率,确保血液的安全供给.
