益气养阴活血法治疗充血性心力衰竭80例临床观察

目的：探讨益气养阴活血法对充血性心力衰竭（CHF）患者的心功能以及炎症细胞因子的影响。方法：将80例CHF患者进行随机分为两组，即治疗组和对照组，对照组应用西医常规治疗，治疗组以此为基础，配合益气养阴活血法进行治疗，疗程均为4周。治疗前后分别测量两组患者左室舒张末期内径（LVEDD）、左室收缩末期内径（LVESD）、左室射血分数（LVEF）等心功能指标，以及血清肿瘤坏死因子（TNF-α）和白细胞介素-6（IL-6）水平，同时进行疗效观察。结果：治疗结束后，两组患者LVEDD、LVESD、LVEF等心功能指标均不同程度被改善，血清TNF-α和IL-6水平均有所下降，治疗组患者心功能改善情况优于对照组，血清TNF-α和IL-6水平降低幅度亦优于对照组，经比较均有显著性差异（P〈0.05）。结论：在西医常规治疗基础上配合益气养阴活血法治疗CHF，可改进患者心功能，降低血清TNF-α、IL-6细胞因子水平。

Clinical observ ation of treating 80 congestive heart failure patients by Qi-Supplementing-and-Yin-Nourishing-and-Blood Circulation-Activating method

Objective：To discuss the influence of Qi-Suppleme nting-and-Yin-Nourishing-and-Blood Circulation-Activating Method on cardiac function and inflammatory cytokines of patients with congestive heart failure（CHF）. Methods：80 patients with CHF were randomly divided into the treatment group （40 cases） and the control group （40 cases） in which the control group was treated with routine western medicine and the treatment group was treated with decoction besides the control group therapy. Left ventricular end-diastolic diameter（LVEDD）,left ventricular end systolic diameter（LVESD）,left ventricular ejection fraction（LVEF） in the two group were measured before and after the 4 weeks of treatment,and the level of serum tumor necrosis factor-α（TNF-α） and interleukin-6（IL-6） were also measured, and curative effect was observed. Results：LVEDD、LVESD、LVEF in two groups were improved in different degree after treatment , serum levels of TNF-α and IL-6 were lowered significantly . The treatment group was superior to the control group in improving cardiac function,and in decreasing the blood concentrations of serum TNF-α and IL-6,and the change was more marked in the treatment group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion：On the basis of western medicine,treating CHF by combined with Qi-Supplementing-and-Yin-Nourishing-and-Blood Circulation-Activating method could improve the cardiac function,and lower the level of serum TNF-α and IL-6.
