药物湿敷在预防静脉泵入胺碘酮所致静脉炎中的作用

目的：探讨药物持续湿敷在预防静脉泵入胺碘酮所致静脉炎中的作用。方法：选择使用静脉泵入胺碘酮患者160例，按随机数字表法分为实验组和对照组各80例，实验组在开始泵入胺碘酮时即给予药物持续湿敷，对照组按常规输液流程泵入药物。分别观察两组患者输注血管出现静脉炎的例数、出现静脉炎的时间和分级；观察两组患者疼痛出现例数、时间及程度。结果：实验组出现静脉炎和疼痛的例数较对照组少，出现静脉炎和疼痛的时间较对照组迟，静脉炎分级及疼痛程度均较对照组轻，两组比较P＜0.05，差异具有统计学意义。结论：药物持续湿敷可有效预防静脉泵入胺碘酮所致静脉炎，减轻患者痛苦，提高用药依从性，利于疾病转归。

Prophylactic use of drugs in the prevention of venous pump into the wet dressing with amiodarone to observe the effect of phlebitis

Objective：To investigate the preventive use of drug sustained wet compress in the prevention of phlebitis caused by intravenous amiodaron e in the role of. Methods：160 cases with intravenous pump into the amiodarone patients, were randomly divided into experimental group and control group with 80 cases in each group, the experimental group at the beginning of pump into the amiodarone is given drug sustained wet compress, the control group received routine infusion pump into the drug. Result：The number of patients in the experimental group patients with phlebitis and pain of lower than those in the control group, had phlebitis and pain time compared with the control group later, phlebitis grading and degree of pain were better than those of control group, the two group P〈0.05, the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion：The preventive use of drug sustained wet dressing is effective in the prevention of phlebitis caused by intravenous infusion of amiodarone, to alleviate the suffering of patients, improve medication compliance, conducive to disease.
