摘    要:102例男性非淋菌性尿道炎患者,以尿道拭式沙眼衣原体培养为金标准,用WellcozymeChlamydia检测清晨首次尿沉渣中沙眼衣原体的敏感性和特异性分别为89.7%及92.1%,用PCR检测清晨首次尿沉渣中沙 眼衣原体敏感性和特异性分别为97.4%及92.1%。

Abstract:By using Wellcozyme Chlamydia and PCR, Chlamydia trachomatis were detected in first voided urine sediments from 102 male patients with nongonococcal urethritis. Using urethral swab culture as a golden standard, the sensitivity and specificity of Wellcozyme Chlamydia assay of urine sediment were 89.7% and 92.1%( P >0.05) respectively, and the sensitivity and specificity of PCR assay of urine sediment were 97.4% and 92.1%( P >0.05) respectively. Wellcozyme Chlamydia and PCR testing of male first voided urine sediments appear to be simple, rapid, reliable and nontraumatic methods for detecting Chlamydial infection.
