人类原始抗原（CD34）在毛发上皮瘤和基底细胞癌中的表达

毛发上皮瘤是一种向毛囊分化的良性肿瘤，常与基底细胞癌混淆。应用人类原始抗原（ＣＤ３４）检测７例毛发上皮瘤和１２例基底细胞瘤中表达，结果：在正常皮肤血 皮细胞、血管周围和真皮内梭形细胞、毛囊、小汗腺周围梭形细胞阳性。毛发上皮瘤瘤团周围梭形细胞阳性，而基底细胞癌外周间质阴性，说明ＣＤ３４染色有助于临别这两种肿瘤。

CD 34 expression in trichoepitheliomas and Basal cell careinomas

Trichoepithelioma(TE) is a benign skin tumor with follicular differentiation, which is frequently confused with basal cell carcinoma (BCC). We stained formalin fixed, paraffin embedded sections of 7 trichoepitheliomas and 12 basal cell carcinomas with CD 34 . Result: In the normal skin, CD 34 presence has been detected in endothelial cells,perimasccular/interstitial dendritic cells, perifolliculas area/around the eccrine glands of spindle shaped cells. The spindle shaped cells surrounding the islands of TE cells were focally strongly positive for CD 34 . In BCC,the stroma surrounding the nests of tumor cells were negative. The findings may prove to present diagnostic help in distinguishing these two tumors.
