| 摘 要： | 采用小剂量雷公藤和强的松联合治疗５４例自家敏感性皮炎和１６例过敏性紫癜，与３６例单用常规量雷公藤及１１例单用中等剂量的强的松作对比，结果联合治疗组的治愈率为９８．１％，而雷公藤组及强的松组的治愈率分别为８７．５％和８１．６％，表明联合治疗效优于其它两组。

| Abstract: | patients with autosensitization dermatitis and 16 patients with allergic purpura were treated with small doses of Lei gong teng Tripterygium Wilfordii and prednisone, which were compared with 36 patients treated with conventional dose of Lei gong teng alone, and 11 patients with moderate dose of prednisone alone. The results showed that the cure rate of the combined treatment group was 98.1% while that of the Lei gong teng group and prednisone group were 87.5% and 81.6% respectively. It indicates that the therapeutic effect of combined treatment is better than that of the two drugs alone. |
