基层医院消毒供应室质量管理调查分析

目的:根据《广东省医疗卫生机构消毒供应室(中心)审核验收标准》,了解东莞地区各医院消毒供应室管理现状,进一步促使医院消毒供应室管理更加科学、规范、合理。方法:东莞市卫生局组织调查人员分两组对56家医院消毒供应室从建筑环境、基本设备配置、组织管理、质量管理四部分进行专人、专项调查。本文对其中27间消毒供应室质量管理情况予以调查分析讨论。结果:各医疗机构均存在不同程度的质量管理问题。结论:消毒供应室是消毒灭菌的执行科室,应加强消毒供应室工作管理,有效预防和控制医院感染,确保医疗安全。

The quality management of sterilization and supply rooms: an investigation and analysis of 27 primary hospitals

Objective: To find out the sterilization and supply room management station of the hospital in Dongguan and to realize more scientific, standard and reasonable management according to the Auditing and Check Criteria of the Sterilization and Supply Room/Centers of Medical Institutions in Guangdong. Methods: Fifty-six sterilization and Supply rooms were randomly divided into two groups to be checked in the aspects of construction environments, primary equipments, organization management and quality management by the Dongguan Health Board. The outcomes of 27 rooms were analyzed. Results: Various quality management problems were found in those holpitals. Conclusion: The sterilization and supply rooms are vital departments to prevent and control nosocomial infections as well as ensure the medical safety effectively. It is necessary to reinforce the quality management of them.
