摘    要:目的掌握2006年浙江省国家级血吸虫病监测点疫情状况。方法根据《全国血吸虫病监测方案》,在2005年监测点工作的基础上继续开展血吸虫病监测。结果病情监测未发现本地急性感染和新感染病人(畜),但流动人口监测发现1例输入性急性血吸虫病。螺情监测有螺面积2 260 m2,活螺平均密度0. 099 1只/0.1 m2,有螺框出现率0.690 3%,未查到感染性钉螺。结论监测点不仅有残存钉螺,而且存在输入性传染源,极易引起血吸虫病重新传播流行,必需加强本地螺情和输入性传染源的监测。

Abstract:Objective To understand the endemic situation in the national schistosomiasis surveillance sites of Zhejiang Province in 2006. Methods According to the scheme of the national schistosomiasis surveillance, the surveillance work of schistosomiasis was continuously carried out on the basis of the work in 2005. Results There were no local schistosomiasis cases, but an hnported acute case was found in the surveillance site. The residual snail area was 2 260 m^2. The average density of living snails was 0. 099 1/0. 1 m^2 and the rate of frames with living snails was 0. 690 3%, and no infected snail was found. Conclusions There are some residual snails and imported schistosomiasis cases in the surveillance site, which may cause the revival of schistosomiasis endemic. The surveillance on residual snails and imported schistosomiasis should be strengthened.
