摘    要:目的观察不同康复手段对脑瘫儿童康复的疗效。方法(1)中西医综合治疗组(A组,20例);(2)高压氧治疗组(B组,20例),高压氧治疗+神经生理学疗法。(3)神经生理学疗法组(C组,20例),由治疗师上午执行30min神经生理学疗法(Bobath+Vojta法),其余时间在康复中心训练。(4)家庭康复组(D组,20例),每天在康复中心接受神经生理学疗法30min,其余时间指导家长在家中进行。疗程均为3个月。结果小脑电刺激或高压氧组结合神经生理学疗法效果较翅想。结谵小脑电刺激和高压氧可作为儿童脑瘫康复的辅助手段之一。

Abstract:Objective To observe the therapeutic effects of several measures for the rehabilitation of children with cerebral palsy(CP). Methods 80 cases in children were divided into four groups:Chinese traditional and western medicine group(A group,20 cases) treated with Chinese traditional plus neurophysiological therapy,hyperbaric oxygenation group(B group,20 cases) treated with hyperbaric oxygenation( HO) plus neurophysiological therapy, neurophysiological therapy group(C group,20 cases) treated with Bobath and Vojta methods for 30min every morning plus training at the rehabilitation certer for the rest of the day and family group(D group, 19 cases) treated with neurophysiological therapy at the rehabilitation for 30min everyday plus training under the guidance of parents instructed by doctors at home. Results Satisfactory therapeutic effects were found in groups A and B(P<0.05,P< 0.01) after three months.Conclusion Electrical cerebral stimulation combined with hyperbaric oxygenation can be used as the auxiliary therapy for the rehabilitation of children with cerebral palsy.
