| 摘 要： | 用３３个成人颅，对翼管的位置、形态进行观测，并对其临床应用进行了讨论。翼管位于翼突内侧板基部，可分为前、中、后三段，中段为理想的钻探部位。

| Abstract: | The morphology,position of the canalis pterygoideus wereobserved and measured on 33 adult skulls.The canalis pterygoideus was in the basilar part of the lamina medialis processus pterygoidei and divided into anterior,middle and posterior segments.We believe that the ideal drilling position is the middle segment of the canalis pterygoideus.The clinical application of the canalis pterygoidceus is discussed. |
