游离植皮的生物学治愈过程

摘    要:本文重点阐述了游离植皮的皮肤色泽变化。如果移植皮片与受区周围的正常皮肤相似,术后两者间不会出现明显的色泽差异;而从非暴露部移植到暴露部的皮肤,其色泽有明显的差异,但多有随季节性变动的倾向,而脚掌部皮肤移植到手掌时色泽不会发生变化。经电镜观察,移植皮肤的黑色素细胞亦呈规律性变化。同时对移植皮肤的收缩及挛缩、硬化、感觉恢复和皮肤器官的功能重建也进行了讨论。

Abstract:The presentation mainly expounds the change of color of the skin after free grafting. When the free graft is similar in color to the normal skin of the recipient site, there will not be any difference in color after grafting. However, when a skin graft is taken from non-exposed part of the body and transplanted to an exposed part, there will be marked difference in color, which is varying with seasons. It is interesting to note that the color of sole skin will not change if it is transplanted to the palm. Electronic microscopy reveals that there are regular changes in melanocytes in the grafted skin. Contraction and hardening of the transplanted skin, and recovery of sensation and functions of appendages are also discussed.
