中医整骨手法在儿童尺桡骨双折治疗中的应用

目的：观察手法整复治疗青少年尺桡骨双折的临床疗效。方法：对39例尺桡骨双骨折患者进行传统三步手法整复、小夹板加旋中板固定，观察并调整固定松紧度，评价其临床疗效。结果：随访6月，结果优25例，良8例，优良率达到84．6％。结论：手法整复治疗青少年尺桡骨双骨折具有创伤小、固定优良的特点，临床疗效肯定。儿童尺桡双骨折，为骨科临床常见骨折，约占全身骨折6％～11．2％。多数骨折后只是成角或青枝，对于尺桡骨完全骨折后，骨折端常可发生旋转，成角和背向重叠移位，背向重叠移位在临床上尤为多见，临床上常试行手法复位。若治疗不当，则可出现成角，重叠，畸形或不愈合，导致前臂功能受限，甚至严重残疾。自2006年-2009年，笔者采用中医整骨手法整复尺桡骨骨折背向重叠移位骨折39例，均获得解剖对位和近解剖对位，完全恢复了前臂的正常功能，达到满意疗效，现报道如下。
