原发性血脂异常体质类型及其与血脂指标相关性研究

目的 分析原发性血脂异常患者的体质分布特点,以及中医体质类型与血脂指标间的关系.方法收集122例原发性血脂异常患者的一般资料、血脂指标;采用王琦的体质分类方法,将患者分为9种体质类型,使用SPSS 18.0进行统计运算.结果122例原发性血脂异常患者的主要体质类型是气虚质,占61.48%,其次是痰湿质、阴虚质、气郁质及阳虚质,其中,男性的主要体质为气虚质、痰湿质、阴虚质和湿热质;而女性则以气虚质、痰湿质、阴虚质和气郁质最多.低密度脂蛋白(LDL-C)与气虚质、阳虚质呈正相关性,血清载脂蛋白A1(ApoA1)与气郁质呈负相关性.结论气虚质是原发性血脂异常最常见的体质类型;体质类型与血脂指标有一定的相关性.

Constitutional types and correlation between them and blood fat indexes in patients with primary dyslipidemia

Objective To analyse the distribution characteristics of constitutional types and relationship between TCM constitutional types and indexes of blood fat in the patients with primary dyslipidemia.Methods The general materials and indexes of blood fat were collected from 122 patients.All patients were divided into 9 constitutional types by applying Professor WANG Qi ’ s method of constitutional classification,and then the data was calculated by using SPSS 18.0 software.Results The constitutional types were mainly qi-deficiency constitution in 122 patients(61.48%),and other types were phlegm-dampness constitution,yin-deficiency constitution,qi-depression constitution and yang-deficiency constitution.In male patients the constitutional types were mainly qi-deficiency constitution,phlegm-dampness constitution,yin-deficiency constitution and damp-heat constitution and in female ones,were mainly qi-deficiency constitution,phlegm-dampness constitution yin-deficiency constitution and qi-depression constitution.The level of low-density lipoprotein-cholesterol(LDL-C) was positively correlated to qi-deficiency constitution and yang-deficiency constitution,and the level of apolipoprotein A1(ApoA1) was negatively correlated to qi-depression constitution.Conclusion Qi-deficiency constitution is the most common constitutional type in the patients with primary dyslipidemia,and constitutional types are correlated to indexes of blood fat.
