<中风假性球麻痹针灸临床实践指南>是"世界卫生组织西太区资助项目--中医循证临床实践指南"中一个子课题的研究结果.针灸治疗中风假性球麻痹有较好的疗效,有大量的古、现代文献为针灸治疗本病症的选穴及操作提供临床证据.编写针灸临床实践指南是一项开创性的工作,课题组通过问卷调查、小组讨论、专家咨询、专家论证等方法,对指南编写中遇到的问题,如病症的选择、临床问题的产生、文献的查阅与评价、推荐方案的形成等进行了确定并最终完成了指南的编写任务.从编写背景、编写难点和解决方法、主要内容、特色4个方面对<中风假性球麻痹针灸临床实践指南>进行解读.

Acupuncture Clinical Practice Guideline of Stroke Supranuclear Paralysis is the research result of a subproject of West Pacific Region program supported by WHO,Clinical Practice Guideline of Chinese Evidence-Based Medicine.Acupuncture has a good curative effect on stroke supranuclear paralysis and there is a lot of literature at ancient and modern time about acupoint selection and operation for treating this disease.It is a pioneering work to edit and write clinical practice guideline.The research group finally finished the guideline through questionnaire,group discussion,expert consultation,expert demonstration,and determination of some questions including disease choice,clinical problems,search and evaluation of literature and formation of recommendation proposal.The paper read and explained Acupuncture Clinical Practice Guideline of Stroke Supranuclear Paralysis from 4 aspects including background,difficult points and countermeasures,main content and characteristics.
