中西医结合治疗不良冠修复体所致牙周病的临床观察

目的 探讨中西医结合方法治疗不良冠修复体所致牙周病的临床疗效.方法在不拆除修复体的情况下,对其进行牙周基础治疗及冠延长术,同时配合中药漱口,对比治疗前后菌斑指数、出血指数、牙齿松动度、探诊深度的变化.结果治疗前菌斑指数是(2.50±0.51),术后4周是(1.52±0.57);治疗前出血指数是(3.44±0.95),术后4周是(3.25±0.84);治疗前探诊深度是(3.89±2.01)mm,术后4周是(1.35±0.47)mm.均有显著改善,差异有统计学意义(P

Treatment of periodontal disease induced by faulty prosthesis with integrated therapy of Chinese and Western medicine

Objective To discuss the curative effect of integrated therapy of Chinese and Western medicine in the treatment of periodontal disease induced by faulty prosthesis.Methods The patients was given periodontal non-surgical treatment and surgical crown lengthening accompanied by gargle with Chinese medicinals without removing faulty prosthesis.The changes of dental plaque index,bleeding index,tooth mobility and probing depth were compared before and after the treatment.Results The plaque index was(2.50±0.51) before the treatment and(1.52±0.57) four weeks after the treatment.The bleeding index was(3.44±0.95) before the treatment and(3.25± 0.84) four weeks after the treatment.The probing depth was(3.89±2.01) mm before the treatment and(1.35±0.47) mm four weeks after the treatment(P <0.05).Among 32 teeth,4 had grade Ⅰ mobility and had no changes after the treatment,and 2 had grade Ⅰ mobility due to more desclerotization.Conclusion The treatment of periodontal disease with periodontal non-surgical treatment and surgical crown lengthening accompanied by gargle with Chinese medicinals without removing faulty prosthesis has desirable curative effect.
