摘 要: | 目的:建立太白米不同组分的高效液相测定方法,为太白米物质研究奠定基础。方法:通过紫外图谱分析和高效液相色谱技术,建立太白米不同组分的含量测定方法,明确其化学成分,并确定其含量。结果:太白米不同提取部位均含有酚酸类物质阿魏酸,其正丁醇提取部位含量最高。结论:阿魏酸可能是太白米药理作用的物质基础。

Abstract: | Objective:To establish a high-performance liquid determination of different components for the Notholirion bulbuliferum,lay the foundation for basic research.Methods:By UV spectrum analysis and high performance liquid chromatography to establish method for the determination of different components,identify their chemical composition and determine its content.Results:Different extracts of Notholirion bulbuliferum containing phenolic acids were ferulic acid,the highest content in butanol extracts.Conclusion:Ferulic acid may be the material of pharmacological effects in Notholirion bulbuliferum. |
