康莱特注射液联合顺铂治疗肺癌的疗效观察

目的:观察康莱特注射液联合顺铂治疗肺癌的疗效,并探讨其安全性。方法:选择2013年6月~2014年6月本院收治的肺癌患者80例随机分为两组,每组40例,对照组采用吉西他滨注射液联合顺铂注射液治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上应用康莱特注射液治疗,均以21 d为1个周期,2个周期为1个疗程,比较两组患者治疗3个疗程后的疗效。结果:观察组总有效率65.0%,明显高于对照组的30.0%,χ2=9.637,P0.05;观察组Karnofsky评分有效率67.5%,明显高于对照组的32.5%,P0.05;观察组不良反应发生率为17.5%,显著低于对照组的42.5%,统计学差异显著,χ2=4.463,P0.05。结论:康莱特注射液联合顺铂治疗肺癌疗效佳,不良反应少,临床应用较为安全,具有重要的临床价值。

The Curative Effect Observation of Kanglaite Injection Combining with Cisplatin in the Treatment of Lung Cancer

Objective: To observe the curative effect of Kanglaite injection combining with Cisplatin in the treatment of lung cancer and explore the safety. Method: From June 2013 to June 2014, 80 cases of lung cancer patients treated in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups, with 40 cases in each group, the control group was given Gemcitabine injection combining with Cisplatin injection, while the observation group was given Kanglaite injection combining with Gemcitabine injection and Cisplatin injection. Both groups were treated with 21 d for 1 cycles, 2 cycles for 1 course of treatment, after 3 courses of treatment, compared the curative effect of the two groups. Results: The total effective rate of the observation group (65.0%) was significantly higher than that of the control group (33.0%), x²=9.637, P<0.05; and the rate of the efficiency of Karnofsky score in the observation group (67.5%) was significantly higher than that of the control group (32.5%), P<0.05; otherwise, the adverse reaction rate of the observation group was 17.5%, significantly lower than that of control group (42.5%), showed a statistically significant difference, x²=4.463, P<0.05. Conclusion: The curative effect of Kanglaite injection combining with Cisplatin in the treatment of lung cancer is very good, and the adverse reactions is very few, so the clinical application is more safe and it has important clinical value.
